Early Access Program - Service Level Agreement
Scope of Service
TestLabFinder will provide founding customers access to its platform free of charge during the Early Access Program. This free trial period allows us to collect feedback, refine features and ensure maximum value to aligned test labs.
Service Commitments
- While we strive for consistent uptime, TestLabFinder is in an early stage and may experience occasional downtime for updates or fixes.
- Support will be available via email (or other agreed channels) during business hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
- Response times may vary based on workload but will generally fall within 24–48 hours.
Customer Expectations
- Provide honest and constructive feedback on the platform’s features and usability.
- Notify us of any bugs, glitches, or unexpected issues encountered during use.
- Use the system as intended to help us gather valuable real-world insights.
Limitations of Liability
As part of this free early access, TestLabFinder makes no guarantees regarding system uptime, feature completeness, or performance. TestLabFinder cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
Duration of Early Access
This Early Access Program is a temporary phase. TestLabFinder reserves the right to transition to a paid model or end the program at any time with reasonable notice.
Confidentiality
Both TestLabFinder and founding customers agree to keep shared feedback and sensitive operational data confidential unless otherwise agreed.
No Obligation
- Participation in the Early Access Program is entirely voluntary and non-binding. Early Access customers can opt out at any time.
- Similarly, TestLabFinder may discontinue access to any participant if required.
